This explanation is a hands on one for sinusitis and headaches. 

 Rick and J had to de-shirt to 'test' the arnica oil and so Baby-O wanted to give it a try.

Our return. Bread was ready.

Tomorrow morning we will learn to make Moroccan pancakes.
